Changed some fuel hoses and some questions arose late last nite....

1- The fuel injectors are secured with a rubber "O" ring (the bigger one) that attaches to the intake manifold via the metal harness.

How do you re-seat that blasted donut???????????????

If my eyes are correct, that seal acts as a vibration cushion and to ensure the injector is inserted to the correct depth against the "internal" seal.

Comments?????

2- How common is it for the injector itself to leak fuel?

I have not tested outside of the manifold yet, just thought I would ask....

Comments?????

Thanks team,
