Thinking of a fire suppression system, but halon is so expensive, I think foam systems freeze and I'd hate to dump a chemical bottle on it.
Automatic, no residue, looks like a good system, you would just zip tie it to the lid. Only downside I see is the ugly hose in the compartment.
