ok, I've got to ask... what is the trick to getting the heads off my 1.7?!

actually I've only tried to do one side... cylinders 3/4... by the oil cooler

I got the bolts off... no problem...
pushrods and rockers... check,check... no problem
broke the seal to the cylinders... no sweat can see light all around and the tops of the cylinders.... but something is still keeping it from sliding off any further...

I referenced "Haynes"... it was no help... it said basically "just pull them off"!

what am I doing wrong?!

is there a super-secret bolt holding on that I am missing? again... everything seems loose, just can't get it the rest of the way... like it's hanging on something
