I tried to replace the plastic rollers today. Luckily I had read on pelican how dangerous these bars are. One was weak - I was surprised but later noticed this was due to it was improperly/partially mounted. The other was wickedly tighted - I managed to move it to the side and pow - it did not go far but there is not way I can get it back. So I did a search and found this. http://www.camp914.com/products/shox.html - This looks to be what I will use to rectify the situation. Jim
