For sale is a bench tested manifold pressure sensor for a Porsche 914 2.0. This unit is specific to the 1973 model year. Part number is 0 280 100 037.
I tested both the primary and secondary coils and found them to be good. Next, I drew 20" Hg vacuum on the diaphragm. It dropped to 17.5" Hg at the end of 5 minutes. The allowable drop is to 15" Hg after 5 minutes. All the rivets are factory. However, the factory epoxy has been disturbed. Someone drilled a small hole through it. I can only assume it has been adjusted at some point. $160 plus shipping. |
