I'm trying to reassemble the induction on a race motor with carbs

went to my gasket selection and found gaskets in 34mm, 35mm, and 36mm in my stash....

unfortunately only 6 of the 35's... and I need 12 with the phenolic blocks

So the heads have been worked, and the Intake Port is 35mm

looking through different years of factory ports... I see the early S cars are 36mm

but somehow I have those extra gaskets in my parts box that are actually 35mm and fit perfectly....

does anyone know where they could have come from?
I'd like to buy 35mm Intake gaskets

looking at the 2.7 gasket pictured on the pelican site... they appear to be a different shape for the CIS, and although they are 35mm I'm not sure they will work with my carb set up

can anyone help guide me?

thanks in advance
