Last night I received a text message from the PCA Maverick Region president. It seems they are holding a concour a week from Sunday, and Bill Kruder asked me if I would enter Elwood, the factory six. He is a really nice person, and a 914 owner, so we said OK. We suspect that they didn't have any 914s entered. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)
Honestly, we are both of the opinion we would rather drive the car than spend time cleaning a car up for a concour. So we get to spend time next week cleaning up and washing the car. I even had to order new glass to replace the broken one in the right hand mirror. Anyone have any tips and tricks for concour prep? |
