Hello,
Purchased another 914 recently and will need to liquidate this one as I currently have too many cars and would love room in the garage for my on-going house remodel. I picked up this car in 2014 and about the only thing I have done is strip a majority of it down except for the front suspension and started cutting out the rust from the engine compartment. I have boxed up all the parts and everything goes with the car, minus the front windshield which was cracked already and the fuel injectors which were tested and found to leak. Cons: The car need rust repair as you can tell by the photos. Sweat equity I guess you could say. Pros: The interior was in good shape, maybe 7 out of 10. 2.0l with original fuel injection that was running before I started stripping the car (I got running when I purchased the car) will provide the engine stand and yoke along with the motor. Transmission seems to be OK Numbers matching. I have $2700 in RD replacement metal: -Full floor section (2 pieces) with seat hinges and supports -Lower fire wall -Cross member support -Outer Longs for both side with jack support -Inner and other wheel house supports -Engine tray for passenger side -Misc other pieces I also have a replacement cowl section for under the windshield. Stainless steel heat exchangers A very nice Banana exhaust Trying to run 3 business is not allowing me to do this car which is a bummer ...... I will replace it in the future with another project. Not interested in parting it out at this time. Offered here only to 914World folks first. Car is in Mission Viejo, CA Will get more pics upload soon but check my BUILD THREAD below to start. I am working on getting the car on a dolly by the weekend. Text/Call (949)370-5821 |
