This panel came off a ‘74 parts car I have and seemed fresher than the rest of the car - thinking it may have been a replacement and not original (no capture nuts for fogs, & the line of holes along the bottom are not cut out). It's a very solid panel, I'd use it if I had a need for it.. but it's also not perfect, there are a few small holes from poor welding technique, to be welded closed.. a nick from my cut off disk. Also since I cut it off with a disk, there is still some excess metal to remove from the back side (very little actually). There is also rust at the very bottom edge with some thru holes (see close up pic), that would need to be closed - or just cut off around it, and cut your old panel to match before welding. I assume it could be made to work on any year, but do your research and decide before buying. Asking $220 shipped, F/f only please.
