Located in NJ and selling complete unit ==>Turn Key VW Type 4 motor running in my Porsche 914. this is a newly rebuilt motor with less than 500 miles on it. i purchased a race car and this engine was in the car. the previous owner was racing this car in vintage races and wanted a 2.0. He blew up his engine, built this engine and of course bought a better race car so I bought his car to make it into a rally car. This engine has a direct port on the front of the engine for oil that ran to the oil cooler in the front of the car via an accusump . The transmission is a side shift 901 transaxle, and it shifts perfectly, with a new clutch and the header is 4 pipes into 1 and it is attached to a new 911 muffler. Brand new Weber 44 have been installed and receipt is shown. Additionally, I have added a brand new high torque starter receipt shown.
I was able to buy a FAT Performance 2.4 so i took the bigger engine without thinking about it. This engine is wonderful, and you will not be disappointed. I had another 914 that I was going to put this engine into but I have sold it so this engine has to go. I have included a video of it starting just yesterday. if you brake down the parts for the engine it is a very good deal even if you just wanted to part it out. - Porsche Fan and Shroud 2800 - Brand New Webber 44 1200 - Brand New High Torque Starter 350 - 4 into 1 European Race Header 1200 - New Porsche customized muffler 850 - Fully functional Transmission (901 side shift) 2,500 - rebuilt motor - parts and machining alone 6,000 Buyer is responsible for transport Attached thumbnail(s) |
