im making the body work for our SAE mini baja car and ive decided to make it from lexan, i m going to use a heat gun to shape it slightly to fit over the frame.

first off...what is a good thickness to use?? what will have strength, but still be easy to shape, im new to this so if anyone has worked with lexan, i could use the reccomendations.

thanks in advance
