I got abducted by aliens apparently, and when I came back my car was acting up.

Its been doing this ever since I fixed my car up, so here goes...

when cold, everything works perfectly...

but when it gets warm, the clutch wont *COMPLETLY* disengage, it almost does but kinda doesnt...IE it will grind a tiny bit then slide in to ANY gear when warm.

doesnt grid when cold, and only recently happened. I think we can negate transmission wear here...

should I adjust it warm instead of cold?
