The shipping costs just seemed senseless to send my used Bursch to Jet-Hot to get stripped and ceramic coated, so after trying a million (give or take) yellow pages searches, I stumbled upon Lo-Ko Coating that is conveniently located between my house and our daycare place! So I called them and they also do media blasting and powder coating. My intention is to just have them strip and ceramic coat my Bursch muffler. I have some decent SSI heat exchangers but my searches here on the board suggest I should just leave them uncoated. Maybe I'll see if they can do anything with my crummy looking heater tubes and flapper boxes and such, though, if I ever get them off the car... |
