The other day while (luckily) pulling into a parking lot in my '73 914-4 I heard a metallic sound, the car dropped to the ground & skidded to a stop. When I got out of the car to see what had happened I saw that the front left tire was at an angle & the front fender was damaged and resting on the tire. When I looked closer I could see that the A-Arm had cracked around the ball joint and had scrapped along the parking lot for a few feet. I had the car towed home. Now I want to repair my car with the best parts available. I would appreciate any & (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) all suggestions.
Thanks, Gary |
