Happy St. Paddy's day to everyone. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/drunk.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/drunk.gif)
Reading the financial pages today with J.P.Morgan buying Bear Sterns @ $2.00 per share I am thinking we need a drinking holiday. Old chinese curse "May you live in interesting times". In my calmer monemts I wonder what I really have to be scared of. I have my health. To paraphrase Thoreau (I believe it was he) Security doesn't come from having things, it comes from knowing you can do without them. Our life is frittered away by detail... simplify, simplify...Simplicity of life and elevation of purpose. Now I can go have a cup of green beer. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/drunk.gif) Everyone have a great St. Patrick's Day... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pray.gif) Tom |
