Hanyes manual says to set the clearance between the Reverse Idler and the sliding 1st shift gear to 1mm. The only problem is that the shaft for the Reverse Idler gear is roll pinned inside the rear cover so it's not possible to measure the distance, with the case on or without removing the pin...

Must be another way...Need some advice...
