So I'm keeping my eye on the 911 market here in the Chicago area:

CL Chicago RSS Feed

One thing I've noticed is that a number of dealers post the same items over and over and over again. Sometimes multiple times in a single day, almost always with a whole bunch of pix. This has the two-fold effect of annoying me and obscuring other ads where the submitters are more restrained.

Is this something CL will respond to if I complain? I kinda doubt the dealers will back off is I ask nicely. Anybody had any experience in this area? I suppose I can figure out how to exclude dealer listings from the output, but then I would be missing a bunch of potential candidates.

Just do a search by owner not dealer. Its in the top menu once you get to the cars+trucks section

Heres the search for 911's by owners in Chicago no dealers, if they list it right.

Craigslist 911

Helps out alittle but not exactly the solution you were looking for.
