A question as I get ready to redo the dash. Is it normal for my 1970 to have no cigarette lighter is was that removed by a PO? Also, I have a fog light switch but no fog lights. They must have been there at one time, right?

Looks kinda white in the pic due to flash.....but it's brushed stainless. Eliminated radio and glove box too (sub-woofer amp resides in old GB location). Head unit lives in center console where you can actually reach it with harness belts on.

Car is apart and I don't have a picture of these Dash Pieces Installed.
This Dash was a Dealer Installed Option and has been with the car since New. Not sure what Company made it..
A friend cut the 914-6 Logo into the Glove Box Door years ago. Not so sure about that now.
I have seen 1 other of the 914-6 version and 1 914-4 version. Maybe someone here has more info on it ??? . Attached Image

Damn, your interior almost makes it look like a real Porsche. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

I like it! The Amco console looks like it belongs there, as do the seats. Very nice ...

Thanks Andy
Seats '88 Corolla(original frames cut off), mounted onto 914 seat rails. 2 minutes to remove and install the original seats.
The Amco is a nice place for the CD Player and the Audi gauges.
I was very happy with the whole final product. Since then I have added new round speaker enclosures and will try to add a sub woofer next year.
