I took over the title of Ms Petite Midwest Woman when the lady that won decided she didn't want to go to nationals. I never paid anything to enter this pageant. It was free for me to enter. And actually...I got to list sponsors even though I didn't pay anything, so I listed the 914 club as one of my sponsors! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif) I will have to have hubby scan it in for me for you all to see! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif)

The winner of the national pageant receives a cash award. Being a runner up I received some jewelry and personal items. It was a good trade off for not having to pay to enter. The director DOES have a photo contest, which I have never entered, that the winner of the contest receives an entry to her pageant. I am starting off with smaller pageants at the moment and when I can afford to do the bigger ones, I will definately be getting bigger prizes. As for pics of me with the 914....those are coming...gotta get it out of the garage and out from under the tarp. It has an engine waiting to go into it.
