Hi Karl,

A couple months ago I saw a yellow Lotus like yours in town, the license plate said "F1 DNA". Pretty cool. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif)

Hi Carl,
Welcome back! Good to hear that you and yours are doing well.
Zues is entirely too cute for his own good. I've been fighting off a growing pug fondness and you're not helping!
Now lets see some 914 progress. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/rolleyes.gif)

Welcome back Qarl.

Here is a summary of what you have missed; Howard has gone to the dark side. Dlo, Toast, FlatVW, and a few others have gotten smooshed in some way shape or form, Clatyon's tools got swiped and Aaron started a fund raiser to get him la... um, I mean new tools. Andy shut down the server for a few days for upgrades and we invaded X-Board. The guys there got so pissed that they demanded Mile's goat in sacrifice to their god Tony Soprano. The guys took up another collection and had the goat shipped to Joe Sharp's for another BBQ where Joe Buckle cooked it on a spit. In other news, the asshat that "owns" #4 reared his ugly head and made for much drama.

Doctor Roger put together a ladies of 914 calendar which I am sure you will find interesting. The calendar has already led to one breakup that we can confirm. There has been a huge influx of new members as our liitle go carts seem to be getting less ugly. Kinda like that chick that was a really good dancer. Anyways, Jake had some new cylinder heads made of unobtanium that make 1 quadrillion HP per liter. They go on sale next month and the line forms behind me.

Lots of dude been getting their racing fix. Lots of posts on being run off the road and such. Trekkor had his tools stolen too, so we have an ABP out for some dude that hangs out in Costa Mesa and in NoCal looking for tool boxes.

MattR and Aaron have finally come out of the closet after a much denied trip to Slits' place on Brokeback Mountain. They kept saying that they were going for spare parts. No one believes them.

We had a noob named Beth open a new thread as a new member and promptly she went into hiding like a chick at a Star Trek convention. These guys get a little aggressive sometimes.

Auto Atlanta tried again to make a comeback and woo new customers from the club. Two new guys from there came in and promised the moon and the stars for about 3 days and then promptly fell off the planet. Evidently Eric Shea got some calipers on 4/1/06, but I did not read the story. Oh yeah, and I won the lottery.

So, um, that's it I think. Anything I miss?? Oh yeah, Sklines Shalom isn't on the road yet and allegedly was consumed in a wild fiberglass induced fire. All Brando's fault I am told. He should know better than to weld fiberglass....or is that magnesium, I forget.

Right, so welcome back and best to your family and especially Hunter. Good to hear from you.

(IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/huh.gif) Shit, Joe. Can you just do the cliff's notes once a day for me? Drop it right in my inbox. I could finally get off this site and get some work done during the day! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/laugh.gif)

Karl, good to have you back. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wavey.gif) I got engaged to Brian last Aug, and bought a house in September. And my garage kicks your garage's ass. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/cool_shades.gif) (not really, but it makes me feel good to think so)

Thanks for sharing Hunter with us! It is truly a pleasure watching him grow before our eyes. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wub.gif)

You didn't miss anything.
We have just been sitting around singing 'Kum Ba Ya'.
You might as well go back into hibernation for a few more months.
