Yes, I have searched, but seem to be coming up short. I have my Phoenix red 74 up at the body shop and am considering painting the sails black and keeping all of the silver trim. Worst case, I can always put on the vinyl later for concourse. Not sure if I should go flat or gloss. Any and all pics would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I saw someone paint their sail panels some years ago. I have no pics available, but I remember it looked decent.

I'm having mine painted black also. Here is a past link on painted sail panels.

I will post pictures when I get my car home, soon I hope. Hi Shelby (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wavey.gif)

I kept the vinyl on the outside of the sails, but the insides and the ledge and bottom of the rollbar I blacked out with a hammered texture paint, it looks pretty sweet and I used the same on the rocker panels, it covers up any small blemishes if that's the case.

I bought mine with painted sails. At first I was going to go back to vinyl, but I like the semi-gloss look now.
