I think I have about 10 to 12 of those Western bolts. I need to check.

IIRC, the modular Enkie style bolts will 'almost' work, maybe just a tad too short.

Enkei's also use that type of bolts.

I need one for the V8 car and looked everywhere for one with no luck. Someone on here sent me a couple (thanks again).

The "washer" part is actually part of the bolt head and isn't a seperate piece.

the washers are kinda pressed on, at least on mine. some like the one in my posted picture came off.

by the way look at your picture of tires. did i send you a couple bolts awhile back?? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/chair.gif)

Hi,

the picture is of your original post in this thread. It's what was on my monitor when I took the picture of the bolt. Sorry wan't me who you sent them to. Dion in Ohio sent me the ones I needed. Thanks again to him for his help.

The washer could be pressed on after looking at it more closely........

Any reason why the wheels couldn't be machined with stock 914 alloy type countersinks so the stock bolts would work?

I was worried about wheel strength, but that is probably what I will do.

I get them from a local wheel wholesaler who usually has them in stock. I can check this morning. They sometimes have the center caps also.

They look like this

I have a set of them Western wheels too. Mine came with ONE lug bolt ... its still frozen in place (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

Please post where you found the correct bolts, it appears there are quite a few of us looking for them. I don't want to re-engineer the wheels to accept ball-shouldered bolts.

Ok, Went by the wheel shop. He is out of them, but has 500 on order. Didn't know when they would be in, and didn't seem to care, till I told him I may be interested in 10 sets or more. He then took my # and said he would find out where they were, and call me. He also said he could order the center caps too. I'll keep you guys informed.

I'll take 16, appreciate you doing this. I was getting ready to drill cones in my wheels as a last resort.

If we can't get them and you don't want to make the holes conical( my wheel guy says they sell the bit to do this), he suggested 14mm to half inch adapter studs and use mag wheel nuts. Studs would certainly make wheel changing at ax/track events much easier.
