the more that i am amazed that there is a website devoted to the porsche 914 - a car only produced for 7 years : )

not only devoted to the car - but - every nut and bolt in the car as well.

ok - i am on my 3rd rum and coke - but damn - what a resource of knowledge and people.

pretty awesome!

rock on www.914world.com

Ohh, I disagree. As far as "domestic" rum goes, Bacardi Black Seal. No coke needed, just sip it with some ice.

Myers Naval is fantastic for rum punch though.
1 part rum
3 parts water
Juice of several limes
Brown sugar (lots - to taste I guess)

The above is rough for a day or two after its made. After a week in the fridge, though, it tastes amazing. Beware, it will KO you quick, as the alcohol is smoothed and masked by the sugar and limes. back when I drank a lot, I drank a lot of this...
