Notice anything on this new car that hasn't been available on any other R/C Porsche before?

I wonder if those Fuchs are the right size to use as center caps on my Mahles. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol-2.gif)

I wonder if the wheels are available as a replacement part. It certainly would look nice on my 914-6 GT RC car.

They don't have them on the HPI site yet. Here's some minilites though.

I'm sure the wheelset will be available separately. It's just not listed yet. May take a few weeks, or even months.....

I'm not an R/C guy, but pretty though those wheels are I think they are missing three spokes each if they are supposed to be Minilites.

Nice stuff on that site. Maybe I need to take up R/C racing... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

Gee, there is a lot of impatience here. I figured I would either just wait for the parts or get the kit (with luck get it as a gift or buy it myself).

The key question is if the wheels will fit the Tamiya M04L hex nuts? Also, what size are they?

Remember: These are not 1:10 or 1:12 scale, sort of in-between, so these wheels may be a little small for the 914 1:10 bodies.

I think these are the general spec's for the TE37 wheels
12mm Hex Type Wheel Mounting

26mm Wheels

SPECS: Outer Diameter: 1.9" (48mm)
Width: 1.0" (26mm)

this is what we have now. 26mm fronts and 31mm rears almost too big for the 914 bodies.

I think the 911 wheels will "fit" (ie:look) better, even if they are a little smaller.

It appears that the hubs and wheel mounts are a little different.
