QUOTE
Good day,

After going through your profile searching for a whom we can disclose  this,
honest and trustworthy person to be of assistance to me and my  sister, I was
convinced in my heart to contact you.

My name is Frank Gueil, I am 19 years from Sierra Leone, my father,  sister and
I escaped from our country at the heat of the civil war after loosing my mother
and two of my senior brothers in the war. As a resul of the political
instability in my country even after the war, my  father established his cocoa
and coffee export business in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. He was in Buake, the
northern city  of Cote d’ Ivoire to negotiate for the purchase of a cocoa
plantation where he was shot  by the rebel troupes fighting to take over
thegovernment  of the country on the 22nd September,2002.

In the hospital before the death of my father he disclosed to me of  his
personal account with a bank here  where he made a deposit of  $16.5m in a
suspense fixed account, meant for the purchase of cocoa processing  heavy
machinery.

As a result of the present insecurity of lives and property in this  country, I
am contacting  you  today to please assisted me get this  money transferred into
your account. We have made several attempts to have the money withdrawn at least
we can be using it for our daily  financial activities, but the bank said no,
until the money is  transferred first before we could have access to it, my late
father made the deposit in a fixed suspense account with a condition attached to
it for onward transfer into a foreign account.

I am waiting to hearing from you soonest, please if this, is acceptable by you
what you will help us  to
do is to keep this very confidential because this very country is not  safe at
all. Then your commission for your assistance will be discussed
as soon as I receive your kind reply.

May God bless you as you get back soonest
peace be unto you.

Yours,

Frank Gueil/Joy

Write back to him and tell him for 250K you will solve his problems. Then tell him to drive to Germany and open a bank account and that will solve his and his poor sisters problem of haviing all that money transfered to a foreign account.
