Hey guys, just finished correcting the butchered, hacked wiring mess on my teener. I can't get my fuel gauge to work properly. The low fuel light works fine. However, the gauge read almost full. I know it's not. It's not pinned to full (i.e if you put the RD/WT in the wrong position).
I took the sender out the ohms test it. The values do change when I tip it side to side. So I'm assuming the sender is fine. Question is- is the third connector used? Should something else be hooked to it. According to the diagram only two are used. The gauge worked fine before. thx Thomas in sunny Portland , Maine Edit: fixed |
