Needing the poor man's paint job, on Wednesday afternoon I picked up the handy H.F. spray gun, some paint, couple rolls of masking tape, a little sandpaper, took all the newspapers from the free rack at the 7-11 store, and started painting. Simple enough I should have the car done by Sunday.
Ok, that was a little crazy. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) After backbreaking hours of washing, sanding and glazing, and sanding and priming, and painting, I got the trunk and right rear fender finished tonight. Hats off to the Paint and Body Men (and Women) doing this on a daily basis! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif) Probably get the rest done in a month or 2 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/av-943.gif) Bill Attached image(s) |
