i am rebiulding the pedal cluster, have the pelican brass bushing kit, but it does not have these rubber pieces , should it? i don't see them on the pelican site and looking at them they need to be replaced.

no those are original factory parts not included in the cluster rebuild kit, but most good suppliers have plenty of them on the shelf
