installing engine & computer wiring harness on a 1973 2L. there is a multi wire to a washer looking connector at rear of engine near cold start valve area. is it a ground or something else? also , where does the red wire from the aux air valve connect ? car belongs to my 91 year old dad and I have been enlisted to get it running. Thanks for any advice.

The ring connector is a ground. It has three tabs on it where you can plug spade connectors in, right?

The AAR wire goes to a single white wire on the engine harness, not the FI harness. The engine harness is the one that has the coil wires, the oil pressure sender wire, etc. in it.
