I managed to drop my points screw and it took off to parts unknown. Does anyone know the thread size so I can pick up another one? This the screw which holds down the ignition points.

The point screw from any Bosch distributor will work. Be mindful of the length. Be a shame if you locked the point plate together with a screw that's too long ............ If the screw went down inside the distributor, I suggest you remove it, as the carnage it could cause would be awesome ............................
