While looking at Jake's eBay ad, I noticed my pistons in my "temp" 1.8 look just like the 2.0 euro spec pistons and cylinders that Jake is selling.
I thought the stock 1.8 had a much more pronounced dish to them. time to measure the stock tonight...maybe i got a 2.0 bottem end (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Attached image(s) |

QUOTE What do stock 1.8 pistons look like??? They look just a little bit bigger than 1.7s and not as big a 2.0s. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) (Noboby likes a smart ass do they?) |

those look like the 914 1.8 ones I have seen. The bus ones have even more dish. I have only seen one set of the 1.7 domed ones.
