I wasn't having them printed, I've got a large format 7 color printer that I was gonna use when I get back in town this weekend.

Maybe I'll call around if I have time tomorrow and see if I can get some printed before the SSI open house.

I'll let you know.

I'm planning on bringing stuff so, yeah, I can take money. That way my stuff is up front and the first thing people see when they come in.

Andy, how good are you with your hair coloring skills? Think you could pull this off for the swap meet?

I'm pretty sure no one knows this, but.... I participated in Battle Bots a few years back. I believe it was yr 2000 in Las Vegas. I was piloting "Dread Bot" . It became "Dead Bot" after round 1. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mad.gif) Not my robot, someone built it, spent about $15K on it, and seeked for a driver. I tried out, won a free trip to vegas at the age of 20. What a waste, but it was fun though. hehe

We got smoked by "Voltronic" which was one of those damn cheater wedges. all they do is ram you and flip you. what a simple and easy design.

Here is what it's/was suppose to look like

This is what life is all about. Everyone here is doing what were supposed to do. Were not hero's. Were just doing what's right for one of our own. Sleep well with your good deed and start again tomorrow. It's these kind of little things that we should do everyday that will help defeat some of the problems that have crippled the human race since the beginning of time. This is a great start. This will come back to us in tens. I've seen an awakening. Dave's problem helped some of us with problems we have as well. We should all be as grateful to dave for bringing us closer as a community. As I stated in Dave's first post when he was asking for idea's, Thanks for asking Dave. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

On a lighter note; How can us guy's bid on the garage posters at the SSI gathering? I want one. It will look great in the new hobby shop! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif)

I checked with a couple of online printers and my local printer is working on a price for the posters.
Online $550 for 500 or $450 for 100 (18x24").
That's a little more than I have to spend right now. So, for now, I can probably make 10 or so for the SSI Open House unless someone on the list is a printer or has some suggestions, etc...

I'd rather not have to get into the club's "kitty" to pay for these, because it's always a risk if you will make back the investment.

I could probably spring $200 or so right now, but that's about it.
