Back in October I bought my first 914, a 1974 model in Ravenna Green, 1.8 and 99% rust free with FI. After one week of driving I loved this car and decided to get her refurbished.
Here's a few shots, still have a lot left to do but at least it's looking like a 914 again. Many of you helped me with parts, questions, and tips and I really appreaciate the help. Hopefully the sail vinyl and drivers door will be finsihed soon. |

very nice....I like the way you ended the Porsche negative stripe at each fender lip instead of wrapping it around the fender lips.... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

I'm a big fan of green. Old photo, but the origins of my forum ID.
As much as my wife indulges me, I don't think she will ever allow a green car, though. I'm holding out for the green bike. |

Thanks for the welcome and compliments.
Looking forward to a run around the Dragon, although we are having rocks slides that are closing the roads way to often. I think the black sail vinyl will really give it a better look. My neighboor asked me today if the car glowed in the dark......I love this Ravenna, it really screams 70's.... |
