i switched to a terry cable on my dual 40"s and it seems that the threaded part of the cable in the engine bay is about 2" shorter than the stock one and no longer reaches the crossbar. i have a home made bracket in there and need to get a new one. what are you guys using?

This is what I made a few weeks ago.

Works like a charm, and was very easy to make out of some scrap I had in the shop.
