*Shallow mount* 6.5" speakers, perfect for morph's pods, on sale at crutchfield for $60. I personally like the textile dome tweeters -- much easier on my ears than the aluminum or mylar dome ones. Very efficient too, can be driven well from a small amp or head unit power.

I have the reference series speakers in my boat. They are crystal clear. Not for the thump thump crowd.

I prefer JBL, but Infinity Reference are what I installed on my daily driver and I love em. IMO, JBL has better lows, and Infinity has better highs. I haven't had the opportunity to experience the acoustics of a teener, so do with that info as you wish.
