I think you uld consider a Honda Element, or, perhaps a Pontiac Aztek (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

Go for a Kia Rio.... the cost about the same as a good 914, plus the 10 yrs /100K mi warranty. They hug the turns like glue....

Good one Kevin :finger2:

The Rio might look good with cookie cutters. Maybe you can do a four bolt conversion. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
Come to think of it, buying a Rio might be a good way of putting a marriage on the line. Hmmm.....

if you are really serious, I'd get a Hyundia instead of a Kia, we test drove a few different models from each company and the Hyundia is way better......also, Kia is or was on the verge of financial problems...that 100k warrenty will not mean much if they go belly up...

yes, I do own a Hyundia, an Elantra GT to be exact, I like it (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I do smell (IMG:style_emoticons/default/bs.gif) !!

Hyundai > kia though... a friend has had an accent for 3 years now, he's almost out of the 100K warrenty, and still NO problems. it's boring, slow and not very comfy, but reliable as HELL!! and 1 out of 4 is better than kia.

Kia almost went bankrupt about 2 or 3 years ago, I believe Hyundai bought them either before or just after.

STAY AWAY FROM HYUNDAI I've owned one and really regret it. Also worked in the car industry for a short time. Hyundias are the least realiable.

Also consider staying away from Kia. They may be cheep, but there is a reason why they are and why they offer a decade warrenty. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) Sounds like your cars already spend too much time in the shop. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/headbang.gif)

Definalty consider Honda or Toyota.

Sorry to hear your ditching the teeners. Let us know how your going to sell them. Courious minds may be interested. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif)

Besides, he can't unload the 914club stickers on the Hyundai/Kia clubs. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

By the way, when one says Hyundai, one should pronounce it "Hai-Yun-Dai", and follow with a swift ninja chop, while saying "Hai-Ya!" (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ninja.gif)

A long time ago I was quite happy to find out that my first job included a company car. Of course in the interview I didn't bother to ask what make of car it was. I found out it was a Lada that looked like an old Fiat 131.
What they call a shifter on those cars feel more like a lever connected to a box full of bolts. But there were wipers on the front headlights (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)
