Damn; my brother won the 239 million in the lottery last night back east and he was going to loan me the money to buy both cars. Kevin; I'll triple Craigs price. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/boldblue.gif)

I can't believe all the suggestions for Jap Crap from a group like this. Even if it is April Fools, it's not funny it's pathetic. If you can't/don't want to buy American at least suggest something German!

One would think that from all your suggestions, that 914's were made in Asia.

pay a few bucks more for a Honda or Toyota (Acura or Lexus).

Your definition of a "few bucks" must be $10,000 to $15,000 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

To buy a Honda or Toyota that has all the same features that my Hyundai has, you'd need more than my definition of "a few bucks".....

Hyundai has come a long way...slam them if you want...I have no problem driving my mine and it's nice knowing that the money saved will stay in the bank instead of depreciating (IMG:style_emoticons/default/MDB2.gif)

Naa.... I disagree..

I looked at a NEW Hyundai Tiburon... nicely equipped, but not fully... $20K

But instead I bought my slightly used 2002 Acura RSX with 19K miles, for $19K

Mine will last longer, and in 5 years, will have depreciated less than the Hyundai.....

BTW.... this joke sucks!!!!!! I was one of the ones that got suckered!!

My buddy had a couple of them. Third world quality on the handling, fit and finish etc. but they were like the f'in energizer bunny. They bought the design off of Fiat.
At about 20% less price than a Yugo.

They sold here but never made it big, I think most of the old Lada dealerships now sell Kia.
