I am good with showing up with a bunch of cars and looking at all of the other cars.

PCA - PNWR always welcomes others to attend events. The only time they get sticky about anything is when payment for an event it required and space is limited. Even then, they typically have a "Pay at the door" pricing policy that allows others to just drop by.

The more Porsches, the better. Should be a good time.

I just check into the Porsche Car Show on 02 May, Issaquah XXX. It is PNW PCA that is putting it on and do know if they are going to be very happy if a bunch of non PCA members show up. I went on thier web site (PNW PCA); they are giving out trophes, but I did not see any thing about entry fees. It starts at 11 am and is over at 3 pm.

The Pacific NW chapter of the PCA really doesn't mind. They believe if you own a Porsche you're a member to a certain point already. They just want you to come out and enjoy.

Pretty much at the end of I-405. If you are starting from Lynnwood, just head south until you just about reach the end of I-405.

Exit numbers will count down.

I'm thinking of taking Friday off just to finish up my 914 for this event. I put a couple hours into it last night. Knees hurt.

Possibly.....It's easy to drop and engine/trans balanced with one hand on the tail pipe. But another thing to rais it up not being able to let go the tail pipe and hope you don't scratch up all that nice paint you just applied. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I'll see how close I can get to engine install tonight. Maybe next couple of days I might make a phone call or two.

Engine install at Dan's? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/drunk.gif)

Yep. let me know. I need to put as many miles on my car as possible. the more it runs, the better it gets. Now that I have the front aligned, it makes it a little easier.

Jon and Chris,

Not even planning on it last night at all, but I did get the engine/tranny back in.

Cool!

I plan on putting another 6-9PM shift working on the 914 tonight. If you either you guys feel like swinging by, feel free. I'll be wrenching away.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/smash.gif)

We need a wrenching smiley. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Yup, same place and number.

Accross the tressel, up the hill, left at the Tom Thumb, right into the Quil Cove.

I PM'd Chris my address. I'll be hanging out (IMG:style_emoticons/default/drunk.gif) and (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smash.gif)
