Not my car, no affiliation, just think someone mith be interested.

'74 Porsche 914 Bumble Bee LE Can Am-Limited Edition-Trade for Boxster - $5900 (Blaine), http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/cto/1701589478.html, might be a decent restoration candidate?

Irony, not even 2 months ago I had my 986 up for trade or partial trade for 914.

Wound up just selling it and buying a 914. Not that I would have bought this one or traded for it. Just funny it popped up so shortly after I had mine up, even on local CL.

I like the bumblebee colors. Sounds like the guy has really taken it appart though. Also spent the last 6 years rusting away while be driven. Wonder if he took care enough to keep things clean and indoors during the rainy seasons?

Has any one seen this car live?
Considering a trip from the SF Bay Area to check it out, however a long trip for a car that might be needing "too much".
Thanks

The car is listed again, this time at the Vancouver site of Craigslist. http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/van/cto/1713913964.html

LE's are cool and had I not grabbed my current 914 before this one popped up, I'm sure I would have at least looked at it, kicked the tires.

Hard to find them with the original paint scheme.
