It's a kit that a friend of mine build for me
He used to build these kind of kits on order, but he pretty much gave that up
Every once and a while he builds something for his friends (if you know something you can blackmail him with (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif))

cheers,

Jeroen

Oh Man! I want one too! VERY cool! If he decides to make a few more, put me on the list.

If you know where I could get the kit, that would be good, too.

That's prolly the very same kit my friend started out with
For those interested... if you have any trouble communicating with this shop and/or have difficulties shipping, lemme know and I'll act as a "middle man" (free of charge ofcourse)

cheers,

Jeroen

Jeroen's 916 may be a built up 1/43 resin Mini Racing 916 kit. I have one that is not built. Very nice. They offer some other 914-GT kits of Lemans/Sports Racing and Rally cars.

In the past a company named Pit offered several 1/43 914 models, but these have become hard to find. These were well detailed but fairly difficult to build. I built their Sonauto Lemans 914 and it came out pretty well.

Check the following Grand Prix Models site and do a serch for Porsche 914 and Porsche 916. GPM is a major specialty model supplier. Excellent web site and excellent service.
