Remove the foglight with bracket, via the large allen bolt. On the bottom of the foglight bezel is a screw. Unsrew this and remove the tab that holds the bezel in place. Remove the bezel and now you will see how the wires are connected. 12V is simply held in by a screw (unscrew this screw) and ground just plugs into a male connector.

I unmounted it and removed the screw but couldnt figure it out how to remove the bezel.

There is a hole in the bottom of the bezel do you push this over to release the bezel?

There is supposed to be a small tab that is screwed into that hole. If there isn't one, then you are missing yours. Gently pry the bezel from the lamp housing and and look inside. Hope this helps.
