Continued progress.
Set up is Boge X-50's front with poly bushings and 22mm Wiltmeister sway bar. Roll cage full with good longitudinal.
Rear with poly bushings, 180# springs and Koni special D's adjustable gas shocks (adjustable damping).
Front weights adjusted with torsion bars. But rear shocks do not have an adjustable perch.
Is there a way to convert the Koni's to an adjustable peach?
Thanks,
L. McChesney

You can balance the car at all 4 corners with just the front adjustment. Adjustable perches at the rear allows you to change the ride height but you also have to switch to 2.5" ID coilover springs and different top perches.

Thanks Cris.
Who is the source for the top perches?
The Koni's have a metal knuckle/ridge arround the cylinder on which the standard perch fits. Will I need to remove that ridge to allow sliding the threaded sleeve over the cylinder? If so, will simple grinding not destroy the inner workings of the shock?

Brad has a favorite source for the top perches - can't recall it though. It would come up in a search of the forum. I made my own by trimming away the outer rim of the stock perch and welding a section of tube sticking down inside to center the spring.
I think people just rest the threaded sleeve on top of the stock lower perch and use 8" long springs, but I could be mistaken. I use Bilsteins which have an adjustable perch height as standard.
