Never could get the dizzy to line up like I see pics of. Pulled the dizzy (its a sh@ty 009 from PO) and get the motor to TDC. The blower notch lines up and the notch on ther tranny lines up. I look down were the dizzy was and instead of the slot being 12 degrees of center it is was way off. How do you pull the gear to get it to align the right way.

I use a flat wooden stick that is just thick enough with a bit of tape to fit snugly in the groove. Piece of cake.

I use snap ring pliers and it works pretty good. Had to fish for the washer though.
