Hello,

I need help in identifying what year this ignition assembly is from and how to extract the ignition key component. The assembly on the left is the one in question. The assembly on the right is out of the 1973 teener I am restoring.

Attached Image

I bought what was listed as an entire matched key set for a 914 on eBay (door locks, front and rear trunk locks, and ignition switch assembly). Now I am trying to reassemble the steering column with the new ignition lock but can't figure out how to disassemble it.

Can anyone please help?

Thanks,
Hart
