I have some tiny bulbs dangling in that area.
I am positive that is where they go.
Can someone lead me to where i can find the instructions that explains what lights up when you move the levers?
And lead me to where i can find instructions on the operation of the levers and when you move them what the different positions do?

Steve,

I believe the little lights come on when your dash lights come on, I do not think they are switch related.. I may be wrong as I have never seen mine turned on but have had the Heat Control Slider out at least 3 times now..

#1 The Top "knob"; slider turns on the Fresh air fan at either High,Med,Low
#2 The Middle "knob"; slider controls the heat either hot, cold or somewhere in between..
#3 The Lower "knob"; slider is your "defrost"/"directional" either up or down or somewhere in between..

There is a light in the top right corner. It comes on when the fresh air fan is in operation. So once you slide the top lever over to I, II or III, that bulb should light up.
