The Host hotel is Laquinta in White City.
Thursday night meet & greet. Friday Looks like Brittain is willing to head up the AutoX setup. Although there isn't alot of that. It is more the logistic side of making sure we know there rules & follow them. BBQ lunch provided Saturday Show & shine to start the day. Then drive up to Crater Lake with a lunch somewhere in Route. Possibly have the show & shine that night (If not Saturday morning). Catered dinner & awards Sunday Is pretty much our standard SEE YAH (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif) . There will be an optional drive to the coast. Everyone is welcome to head that way then break off. Or just head home as they want. Okay well this is the first of many posts for next years WCR Ramble. I do plan to make this the best overal WCR to date (IMG:style_emoticons/default/drooley.gif) |

That is Perfect! Nice job on getting it secured. Did they say how long they would keep the rate open? I clicked on the link & it gave a bandwidth error. I'd like to get a link we can add to the first post on the main forum.
I can see how I wasn't much help there with your original hotel post. I was working & really had my mind on other things. Guess I need to get my real thinking cap on without distractions when it comes to planning huh? This really sound perfect John (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pray.gif) . Thanks for your hard work (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) |
