Has anyone here every dyed 914 carpets? From what I read, some types of fibers can be easily dyed but others won't take the dye. My carpets are in good shape, but the color is faded and I've tried shampooing them, but they still could use some life breathed back into them. Anybody have recommendations on how to do it or what to use?

Did mine, have done it for years. You will not be able to get the factory look at all. If you want to Dye the carpet, get a spray bottle, mix up RIT clothing Dye with water in it, and spray the carpets down. Mine are black and came out pretty good. The Dye is available in powder or liquid form at Rite-Aid.
