Steve, I make emblems like the one in my sig, and others. I have a handful of custom orders that I am finishing off this weekend (even if more come in) and am starting to work on the little wheels for these cars next.

Can you see the pic in my sig?

The stickers/labels came with the cars from Germany. Would you like a picture of the stack of decals?

The emblems I am working on are the aluminum ones for the big cars, I need to clear them out of my 'to-do' list to get the mill clear for working on the wheels for the little cars. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Steve, here are a few pics. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) The instructions are the big one with the yellow car pic. The grey stickers are the window masks. These go on the inside of the body when you paint it. (paint inside, dark colors first) The chrome is obviously the shiny stuff, there is the engine grill, two door handles, and the lights. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

and a pic of the stack for kicks.

how much are the flat rate boxes, though? I only charged $5 each and don;t want to lose $$ on this. :S

The bodies are needing a box taht is 9 x 17 x 5 (or larger). I figure they are so light that they shouldn't cost much to ship if non-priority.

thats cool
the door handles look rather shitty.
but i will make some out of the chrome vinyl i have and my vinyl cutter.
and the chrome will look great.
i am gonna do negative stripes for this little guy.
i have already done negative stripes for my car (big car) so resizing will be no sweat.

priority boxes are free.
10.70 to ship mediums.
their sizes are: 13-5/8" x 11-7/8" x 3-3/8" or 11" x 8-1/2" x 5-1/2"
so they are too small
PRIORITY MAIL is usually super cheap.
plus the free boxes and tape...
dang i now wonder how you are gonna ship and find boxes for under $5

let me know what you think of the door handles when they show up... it could just be that my lense is covered in WD-40 from milling all day. LOL

We'll have to start a new thread for the r/c builds/pics. I know I'm interested in seeing what other people do with theirs.

Postage calc from USPS
Considered large package because longest dimension is over 12"
from 82401 to 34741
Box 17x9x5 @ 2 pounds
Priority MailĀ® 2 Days $8.60 & $7.90 if purchased online
Parcel PostĀ® 6 Days $7.62

http://postcalc.usps.gov/MailServices.aspx...amp;w=5&g=0

See priority is super cheap.
2 days compared to 6
and free boxes and tape.
even cheaper if you coulda used their flat rate boxes

Do you make stickers that can be applied INSIDE the model, so that they won't get trashed as the car... errr.. gets driven into stuff by me... err.. my son.

This was the main reason why I did not buy the stickers, since they go outside. I'd be happy to buy stickers mad be someone if they can be applied INSIDE the model.
