Here's the plan: I need a hand with Sandy's 914. We would like to try to take it to Moab but it's miles from being done. I would like to invite all the teener guys and gals to a Saturday Build off and BBQ and the super secret Area51Werks.

This is a all day work party so bring your coveralls or work cloths.

I hope to have the front end welded and painted along with the engine bay this weekend.

Here is a list of jobs that I need help with.

1) Install new master cylinder
2) Rebuild 4 calipers
3) Install new rubber hoses and calipers and bleed brakes.
4) Install new gaskets and seals in transaxle
5) Install new seals in 2.0
6) Install engine and transaxle in the car.
7) Install headlights

I think we can have fun and still get some of these things done. None of us Midwest guys have done anything but work and post on the board all summer. Lets see if we can make this a great day!

Come early Saturday or come up Friday night and stay over. We have extra bedrooms. The kids have moved out for the most part. I will have Breakfast and BBQ.

Rick, Maybe you should invite a mancave advisor to help out.

Wish I could go, but I don't trust a flat six (IMG:style_emoticons/default/stromberg.gif) for over 20 miles anymore and my AAA card isn't good for a 1600 mile tow.

Never should have sold that reliable and fast /4 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)
