This may have been posted before but found this while today and it looks the same as the stock material. Anyone use this to make a GT style lid? Not cheap but you wouldn't have to sacrifice another lid to make a GT lid. click on Diamond Perforated Sheet at the link below.

The 914 mesh has smaller holes with wider metal on the mesh. Close, but not the same, i'm afraid ...
